Otto is a sensitive soul who found busy pavements and other dogs overwhelming. The Bennetts didn't want a rushed group walk — they wanted someone who would read him and build his confidence gently.
We started small: quiet routes, plenty of space, and the freedom to turn back whenever he needed to. Week by week his world grew a little bigger, always on his terms.
Otto now trots out of the door with his tail high. He still has his cautious moments — and that's perfectly fine. He simply has someone who understands them.
